Product Education & Training

Our dedication to compliance and supporting our practices includes our product education and training. These are typically done via zoom for larger groups and includes three key elements of training. Product education and training is lead by our clinical director, billing/compliance director as well as technology training for our practices that choose to utilize our documentation resource. Depending on Q and A this important element takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.

This training is meant to help teach practitioners how to use the compliance app, helping identify wounds that meet criteria, product education and information, best practices for documentation, and streamlining the process for optimal outcomes and support.
