Onboarding

Customer onboarding is provided to the main provider or provider team. This includes training on our compliance app, assistance in identifying wounds that meet established criteria, product education and documentation guidance all which streamline the process for optimal outcomes.

IVR and Orders

All patients that have been identified based on criteria for advanced wound care are submitted for insurance verification via our product-specific IVR forms. The IVR team can help obtain pre-authorization if required and eligibility information will be returned to you with details regarding approval. If approved, an order is created and sent in via the order form. Orders are typically shipped the next business day for overnight delivery.
